High Point, NC. (November 2016)  Blue Ridge Companies, a High Point, NC-based real estate investment and management firm, was recently awarded management of the Stillwater at Grandview Cove, a 240-unit apartment community located in Simpsonville, SC.
 

Originally built in 1989 and formerly known as The Enclave at Grandview, the rebranded Stillwater hosts 240 units with rents currently ranging from $775 to $1,025 a month. The apartments range in size from 780 square feet up to 1,200+ square feet and include one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. Blue Ridge Now Leasing Brand New Apartments in Rock Hill


High Point, NC. (April 2016)  Blue Ridge Companies, a High Point, NC-based real estate company, recently began the leasing of a brand new luxury community in Rock Hill, SC. Blue Ridge Selected for Management of Two Wilmington Communities


High Point, NC. (January 15, 2016)  Blue Ridge Companies, a High Point, NC-based real estate development and management company, has been selected to provide management services for two communities in Wilmington, NC. The two communities recently added to the Blue Ridge portfolio include Pleasant Grove Village and Village Green.
 

Pleasant Grove Village is a townhouse community located in southern Wilmington with convenient access to Carolina Beach. The community, located at 4830 South College Road in Wilmington, includes 79 townhome units with rents starting at $955 a month. Blue Ridge Expanding Existing Footprint; Moving Forward with Multiple Construction Projects

Additional three-story, garden-styled residential buildings will be added to; Reserve at Glenburnie in New Bern, NC, Reserve at Park West in Spartanburg, SC, and Millcrest Park in Fort Mill, SC.
 

The three communities were originally built in the mid-2000’s and share a similar amenities package.
